About me

My name is Tatiana, and I am a psychologist, psychosocial therapist, and Gestalt coach. I help individuals, couples, and families manage stress, anxiety, burnout, cultural adaptation, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
With over 25 years of international corporate experience and my own journey of adapting to life in the Netherlands since 2009, I understand the pressures and changes my clients face. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical — combining evidence-based psychology with Gestalt coaching to help you gain clarity, feel stronger, and create lasting change.
Sessions are available in English or Russian, in person in Amsterdam or online worldwide.

    • Master’s Degree in Economics – background in international business and finance, with over 25 years of corporate experience in global companies.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology – earned in the Netherlands, with a focus on cross-cultural adaptation, mental health, and well-being.
    • Postgraduate Degree in Psychosocial Therapy – advanced training in working with emotional, relational, and social challenges.
    • Gestalt Coaching Certification – practical, client-focused approach to personal growth, self-awareness, and communication.

    My education is combined with extensive international experience, allowing me to integrate evidence-based psychological methods with a deep understanding of cultural diversity and real-life challenges.

Individual session, 50 min

A dedicated one-on-one space to focus entirely on you. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, burnout, relationship difficulties, or a major life change, this session gives you the time and support to explore what’s happening, understand yourself better, and find practical ways forward.
We work at your pace, combining evidence-based psychological tools with a warm, collaborative approach — so you leave each session with more clarity, perspective, and strategies you can use in everyday life.


Couples or Family Session, 1 hour

110 EUR
A safe and neutral space for honest conversations and deeper understanding. Whether you’re navigating ongoing conflicts, feeling distant from each other, or facing a major change as a couple or family, these sessions help you reconnect, communicate more effectively, and rebuild trust.
We work together to identify the patterns that cause tension, address underlying needs, and develop practical tools for resolving conflicts and strengthening your bond. The goal is to create relationships that feel supportive, respectful, and alive again — at home or across distance.
Life Coaching Session
100 EUR
Focused, goal-oriented support to help you move from where you are to where you want to be. Whether you’re seeking clarity on your next career step, wanting to improve confidence, or ready to make meaningful life changes, these sessions are designed to turn ideas into action.
We work together to clarify your priorities, set achievable goals, and create a practical roadmap forward. Along the way, you’ll gain tools to overcome self-doubt, stay motivated, and build the habits that support long-term growth and satisfaction.

3-Session Starter Package
150 EUR
The first steps toward change often set the tone for your whole journey. This package includes three individual 50-minute sessions, paid in advance at a reduced rate. It gives you dedicated time and space to explore your challenges, experience my approach, and begin making real progress before committing long-term.
It’s a great choice if you’re new to psychological counselling or therapy, want to work through a specific issue, or prefer a structured short-term plan before deciding on ongoing sessions.
